Olivers blessing was beautiful. It was an amazing spring like Easter morning and so many friends and family were able to attend. We of course missed my family who live so far away and hope that these pictures can serve as some sort of proxy.
Oliver was adorable during the blessing. He had been a little fussy because we had been goofing with his sleep schedule but when everybody stood in the circle and held him up he just looked up at his dad with a big smile and giggled his way through the blessing.
Being Easter, we had a ton of family stuff but it was great to see everybody, and when I say everybody, I mean everybody. There was a veritable throng of people at Grandma and Grandpa's and we even did the traditional easter basket hunt that sent the grandkids searching across the neighborhood. It was a beautiful day for a cute little kid, and we were so grateful for everyones support.
